三義除了木雕享譽國際之外，深邃的客家文化也值得品味探索，各種傳統道地、獨創口味的客家美食更讓許多遊客垂涎三尺。早期的客家人因為山區生活艱辛，發展出刻苦耐勞、勤儉單純的天性，反映到客家飲食文化中，也帶來了許多特殊的食材與菜色。善於醃漬日曬以延長食物保存期限、過年過節製作的各種米食及著名的客家美食等，都深受遊客喜愛，本次客宴將準備特色家常菜，透過客家美食引領民眾體驗舌尖上的客家文化歷史。 Other than the long-standing history of woodcarving, Sanyi is also a perfect place to explore Hakka culture. There are a huge variety of authentic Hakka dishes to satisfy every tourist's taste buds. Hakka people lived in mountainous area for a long time during the old days. Therefore, they have developed the habit of making food salty, fragrant, and oil. They are good at using natural resources and salt to preserve food. During Chinese New Year and special occasions, they also make a wide variety of rice products and other well-known dishes. Many unique Hakka dishes are prepared at this feast to introduce the long-lasting history as well as culture of Hakka people.
此次客庄漫宴菜色包含【吉利福迎門】、【富貴封山珍】、【客味鼎上豐】、【樂活思鄉情】、【龍魚永得水】、【福氣滿客香】、【鳳皇映雙輝】、【福客千喜貴】、【田園花樣俏】、【古意客家風】、【客家心意滿】，共十一道菜。美味的客家佳餚，定會令人食指大動，垂涎三尺，熱情邀請您一起參加三義木雕藝術節歡樂食辦桌。 There will be a total of 11 dishes- poached chicken, soy-stewed pork, fried shredded pork with cuttlefish, stir-fry ginger slice with pork intestine, steamed fish, Hakka fried rice noodles, fried pineapple with fungus, braised bamboo shoots with pickled vegetable, stir-fried vegetables, pork soup, and Hakka mochi served at each table to satisfy tourists who attend Sanyi Wood Carving Art Festival.
